Volunteering here is a structured and supervised opportunity to serve, learn, and be part of a community centered on thoughtful horsemanship.

Areas Where Volunteers

Are Needed

Volunteer roles may include:

 Tech & Media Support

  • Social media assistance

  • Photography and video capture

  • Editing and content organization

  • Website updates

  • Event promotion

Property & Project Help

  • Painting projects

  • Light maintenance tasks

  • Barn organization

  • Event setup assistance

​​​

 Hands-On Barn Support

  • Grooming

  • Bathing ponies

  • Cleaning stalls

  • Wiping down harnesses and equipment

  • General barn chores

​​

All volunteer participation is supervised. Safety and horse welfare remain the highest priority.

​​

Who We’re Looking For

​

Volunteers should be:

​​

  • Reliable and consistent

  • Willing to follow instruction

  • Respectful of structure and boundaries

  • Comfortable with physical work

  • Supportive of Frontier Farm’s mission and values

​

No prior horse experience is required for all roles — only a willingness to learn and contribute.

​

What Volunteering Is Not

​

Volunteering does not include:

  • Riding or driving privileges

  • Unsupervised access to horses

  • Employment compensation

​

This is a service-based opportunity rooted in responsibility, growth, and community.
